Role : Associate Consultant- Report Developers
Responsibilities :
• Design, develop, implement and maintain reporting solutions
• Work with users to define new or enhanced reporting requirements
•
Plan and schedule new reporting solution projects, including software
upgrades and performance optimization, with users, Data Warehouse
Architect, and Systems Operations personnel
• Understand pre-designed insurance-specific target data models, meta data layer and data marts
• Perform modifications to and maintenance of operational systems and procedures
• Direct users in the operation of the reports and dashboards
Requirements :
•
2-5 years of related experience with at least 1 year experience as a
Reports Developer in developing reports and dashboards using reporting
tools – such as BO, Business Objects, Cognos, SSRS, SQL Server Reporting
Services, SSAS, SQL Server Analysis Services
• Should have basic understanding of OLAP cubes and underlying star schema designs
• Ability to code complex SQL
• Good verbal and written communication, Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment
• Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites
Role : Associate Consultant-BI Designer
Responsibility :
• Analyse and document as-is source system landscape
• Understand pre-designed insurance-specific target data models, meta data layer and data marts
• Develop and communicate the conceptional and logical information model, based on pre-designed models and standards
• Develop physical data model based on logical data model
• Support the design and implementation of data supply processes
• Support all activities in the area of data quality, data cleansing and data governance
• Supports the design, development, implementation and maintenance of reporting solutions
Requirements :
• 2-5 years experience
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling and Data Mart design, use of ERWIN
• Strong database development skills like complex SQL queries, complex store procedures
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment
• Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites
Role- Associate Consultant – ETL Developer
• Work with business users to clarify ETL requirements and business rules
• Understand pre-designed insurance-specific target data models, meta data layer and data marts and ETL processes
• Design, develop, implement, and assist in validating ETL processes
• Create and execute unit test plans based on system and validation requirements.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune ETL processes.
• Maintain existing code and fix bugs
• Ensure that all timelines of loading/validating data are met
• Ensure smooth functioning of development, staging and production environments
• Ability to research and analyze data and processing issues or inquiries as they arise.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to implement solutions for business requirements and problem resolution
Requirements :
• 2-5 years of ETL developer experience
• Experience with developing an ETL lifecycle
•
Experience in developing ETL processes - ETL control tables, error
logging, auditing, data quality, etc. - using ETL tools such as
Datastage, Informatica, Pentaho, SSIS, SQL Server Integration Services
• Should be able to understand reusability, parameterization, workflow design, etc.
• Experience in understanding complex source system data structures – preferably in Financial services
• Experience in Data Analysis, Data Modeling and Data Mart design
• Strong database development skills like complex SQL queries, complex stored procedures
• Good verbal and written communication, Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
