Job Description :
• Would work as part of a project team in the delivery and on-going maintenance of complex enterprise solutions.
• Would be responsible for defining, executing & reporting on all elements of testing & quality assurance of the systems developed by the combined UK and Chennai development team.
• Would be responsible working in quality oriented environment with industry standard development methodologies and controls.
• We are especially keen to hear from candidates who have significant experience testing solutions based on either Microsoft Silverlight/ Sharepoint 2010.
Desired Profile :
• BE/ME/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science with excellent track record.
• At least 3 years’ experience in both Manual & Automated testing of Client/Server and Web applications.
• Excellent knowledge in designing, developing & executing tests using Testing Tools such as VSTE 2008, Rational Robot, Load Runner, etc.
• Handled full range of testing services including root cause analysis; defect analysis; development of test cases; test-automation; test monitoring and test execution.
• Exposure to Agile testing process is an advantage
• Able to plan, schedule and monitor your own work activities in order to meet time and quality targets.
• Highly flexible, including willingness to work away from home base.
• A good team player capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstances.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Based at Equiniti ICS offices in Chennai, but must be prepared to work on site as and when required.

Specific responsibilities typically including, but not limited to :
