ICICI Bank to begin PO Recruitment in June 2010

ICICI Bank, the largest private sector bank in India is expected to invite applications for Probationary Officers recruitment starting from June 2010.This is part of the bank`s Probationary Officer Programme - November 2010 & February 2011 batches

Latest News: According to ICICI Bank, the probationary officers recruitment drive for November 2010 & February 2011 Batch.The application process is expected to begin in June – July 2010, while the selection for ICICI Bank PO programme 2010 batches concluded recently.

Selection: The PO Programme is an initiative by ICICI Bank, where graduates are selected & trained to enable them pursue a career in the banking industry.Candidates are selected through a common aptitude test followed by Group Discussion/ Interview – both conducted by ICICI Bank.

Training : The selected candidates undergo 12-14 months of training at ICICI Manipal Academy.On successful completion of training, they would be appointed as Asst. Managers in ICICI Bank, with an annual salary of more than Rs.3.5 lakhs.

Allahabad Bank 880 PO Exam 2010 - Results

Allahabad Bank has posted the results for Probationary Officer recruitment – 2010 on their website.The recruitment was to fill 880 PO vacancies & was advertised during the month of January 2010.

On February 21, 2010 the written examination was conducted by Allahabad bank, as part of this PO recruitment project 2010-11.According to the results, approximately 2759 candidates have been short listed for the Interview process.

Interview: The Interview for these selected candidates is scheduled between June 14 – 19, 2010. The roll numbers of the selected candidates & Interview centre along with date, time, panel have been clearly released in the list provided at the bank website here.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold the Assistant Sub-Inspectors (Executive) in CISF Examination, 2010 on Sunday the 29th of August, 2010. This is a Group-'C' Non-Gazetted post in the pay scale of PB-2 (Rs.5200-20200) with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-:

Sub-Inspectors (Executive) : 1000 posts in CISF (Male-900, Female-100)

Age : 20 to 25 years as on 28/06/2010. Age relaxation of 5 years to SC/ST candidates and 3 years to OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognised University or equivalent

Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.5200-20000 Grade Pay Rs.2800
