Infrastructure Management offers the challenges of a highly technical environment coupled with phenomenal growth opportunities!!! You are responsible for managing and controlling client IT operations and ensuring performance. You resolve significant business problems for the customer through process-driven highly specialized skills. For example, if a server goes down, the client’s IT world stops- including all their applications. You are responsible for making sure that doesn’t happen!

Key Responsibilities:

· Connecting with the clients on a call for the technical queries

· Supporting the clients on troubleshooting issues relating to software, hardware & networking at the first level of phone communication

· Remote desktop management and administration.

· Escalating issues to specialized support groups for highly technical issues
